Join Girls on the Run Capital Region for our new Sweat Series — a fun way to connect with community, explore local gyms, and break a sweat for a good cause! Whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned athlete, these classes are designed for all levels. Best of all, every dollar raised supports Girls on the Run programs that inspire confidence and strength in local girls. Let’s move together and make an impact!

Each class is $30.*

*Your registration fee covers your class sign-up and includes a custom GOTR sweat towel.*

9/13/25 - Her Strength (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

10/5/25 - The Revolution Saratoga (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

10/18/25 - Hot Yoga Spot - Glenmont Plaza (1:30 PM - 2:30 PM) 

11/1/25 - Orangetheory Fitness - Saratoga Studio (11:45 AM - 12:45 PM)

Her Strength Class

When: Saturday, September 13 at 11:00 AM 

What: A strong body is a resilient one! Her Strength’s sweat charity class will be a taster session of their signature small group training program, StrongHer You. We will do 1 hour of strength training, catered to all levels of experience, skill, and fitness.

The Revolution - Saratoga

When: Sunday, October 5 at 10:00 AM

What: Get ready to ride your way to fitness! The Revolution is high-energy indoor cycling that combines upbeat music, dynamic interval training, and motivational coaching to push your limits and improve your fitness.. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to the bike, each class is designed to challenge you at your own level, with adjustable resistance and guided pacing.

Expect a mix of hill climbs, sprints, and light weights. You will leave feeling accomplished and energized. Bring a towel, plenty of water, and be ready to sweat!

The Hot Yoga Spot - Glenmont

When: Saturday, October 18 at 12:00 PM  

What: Join us at The Hot Yoga Spot for an all levels class that is perfect for anyone. This session will be a hot yoga flow that will give you a great stretch and have you feeling terrific for the rest of your day. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and something to drink.
